Because your mind deserves care, too.
A safe digital space for Lebanese students and the wider community to learn, share, and find support on their mental health journey.
Who We Are
At Salama, our mission is to make mental health accessible, relatable, and stigma-free for students and the wider Lebanese community.
We aim to create a safe digital space where anyone can learn, share, and seek support through educational content, personal stories, and trusted resources.
Built by university students, Salama bridges the gap between awareness and action, helping every individual feel seen, understood, and empowered to care for their mental well-being.
We believe that mental health should be spoken about openly, without shame or judgment. Through community, education, and compassion, Salama strives to normalize conversations around mental well-being and create a culture where seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Share Your StorySalama made me realize I wasn't alone in what I was going through. Reading other people's stories gave me the courage to talk about my own.
The daily check-ins helped me build a habit of checking in with myself. It's such a small thing, but it changed how I relate to my emotions.
