Confidential, free, short-term counseling for AUB employees dealing with personal or work-related difficulties. Provided by certified psychologists through the Health and Wellness Center.

What the EAP Offers

The AUBMC Employee Assistance Program (EAP) was launched to provide accessible mental health support to AUB employees. It offers free, confidential, short-term individual counseling sessions delivered by certified psychologists in a professional, in-person setting.

The program is designed to support staff and faculty facing work-related stress, personal difficulties, or emotional distress, helping to bridge the gap in mental health services at the university and across Lebanon more broadly.
