Short-term psychological support and crisis intervention for AUB students. Confidential, free of charge, and available throughout the academic year.
About
The AUB Counseling Center offers free, confidential psychological support to all enrolled students. Services focus on short-term individual counseling to help students navigate personal challenges, academic stress, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and more.
The Center's approach encourages students to build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and strengthen their independence. When longer-term or specialized care is needed, counselors can refer students to appropriate services within AUBMC.
